JOHN: The top three skills an attendee will take away are the ability to produce proper subsummary reports, understand the GetSummary function in reports, and how to troubleshoot a report when it isn't displaying the results you want.
ADVISOR: What's the most surprising/interesting/useful piece of technical information attendees will learn in your sessions?
JOHN: The most interesting piece of technical information you will learn is how to create percentages of a total.
