VoiceRite Sametime Client Plug-in comes bundled with IBM Unified Messaging and lets users see caller details, intercept incoming calls, forward calls to another telephone number, and listen to voicemail from their Lotus Sametime 7.5 client. Subscribers intercept calls, and can type a message that the caller instantly hears. It also lets users listen, save, reply, and delete voicemail messages, even without a network connection. The plug-in also integrates with Lotus Notes personal directory to provide single-click calling, text messaging, and even forwarding of voicemail.
