It automatically moves e-mail and attachments from e-mail servers to a managed archive that satisfies SEC requirements for a Write Once Read Many (WORM) storage medium. It also adds instant messaging conversations to the archive, putting them in context with e-mail and other records stored there. Users can search through all message header fields, date-range filters, and full-text search across message body and more than 250 attachment types, including PDFs. Its sophisticated searching takes into account alternate spelling and word variants.
