Mark Fasciano

Mark Fasciano has been president and CEO of FatWire Software since he founded the company with Ari Kahn in 1996. Fasciano has received numerous honors and awards, including the prestigious Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. Mark is responsible for driving the company's overall vision and goals, and works with the company's executive team to position FatWire as the leader in dynamic content management and Web application assembly. Prior to founding FatWire, Fasciano worked on a variety of engagements for Motorola, Zurich Kemper, and Montgomery Ward. Fasciano received his master of science and doctoral degrees in computer science in 1996 from the University of Chicago, where he also studied at the Graduate School of Business. He earned his bachelor of arts from Cornell University. |

Vernin Imrich
Chief Technology Officer
Percussion Software
Vernin Imrich drives the technology strategy for Percussion, including the definition of product architecture, the overall product family, and Percussion's unique approach to solving the challenges of content management. He works extensively with the company's customers, prospects, and technology partners to ensure the company's solutions effectively meet market needs. Imrich brings to this role nearly a decade of product architecture and design experience. Imrich is a frequent speaker on topics such as content integration, XML workflow, emerging Web trends, and the realities of implementing these technologies across the enterprise. Imrich holds a bachelor's degree in naval architecture and ocean engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. |

Jack Jia

Interwoven
Prior to his current position, Jia was Interwoven's senior vice president of engineering. Prior to joining Interwoven in 1997, Jia was a founder and CEO of V-max America. He also led operating systems and applications development at SGI, Sun Microsystems, Stratus, and at NASA for more than decade. Jia is a frequent speaker at major industry and financial conferences, and has appeared on U.S. and international television programs. He holds of a number of technology patents, and is a contributing author to the XML Handbook, 4th Edition. He also serves as a director on the board of advisors for the school of engineering at Santa Clara University. |

Daniel P. Ryan

Stellent
Daniel Ryan develops and implements comprehensive product and marketing strategies to expand Stellent's global presence and market share. Additionally, he's responsible for business and corporate development activities that have resulted in many key relationships and acquisitions. Prior to joining Stellent, he was vice president of marketing and business development for Foglight Software, Inc., which was purchased by Quest Software. At Foglight, he led the product strategy and marketing launch of its application performance management system and championed several key strategic relationships with leading organizations such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Rational Software, Cisco Systems, eBay, and Netscape. Ryan has a bachelor's degree in math and economics from the University of Minnesota. |

Deb Taufen
Director of Marketing, Enterprise Content Management
IBM
Deb Taufen is the director of marketing for the IBM enterprise content management products. Taufen joined IBM in 1981 as a systems engineer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She also led IBM's Year 2000 and e-business efforts to reach small- and medium-sized businesses around the world. As a sales manager in St. Louis, Missouri, and Peoria, Illinois, she led sales teams specifically focused on serving the needs of business, governments, and schools. She has held other positions in IBM, including sales representative in Chicago and Wausau, Wisconsin. Taufen earned a master's degree in management from the Northwestern Graduate School of Management and a bachelor's degree in math and computer science from St. Olaf College. |

Whitney Tidmarsh
Vice President, Product Marketing
Documentum
Whitney Tidmarsh is responsible for all phases of product sales and marketing, including strategic planning, market identification and segmentation, new product introduction, product positioning, pricing, packaging, and demonstrations. She is also responsible for sales effectiveness, providing sales training, tools, and support to drive Documentum's license revenue. Tidmarsh manages a worldwide team of marketing professionals and oversees analyst relations and market intelligence. Tidmarsh joined Documentum after a long career in the relational database field that included various product marketing and technical positions at Sybase and Oracle. Tidmarsh has spoken at numerous industry conferences and tradeshows. She graduated from Claremont McKenna College in Southern California with a bachelor's degree in philosophy, politics, and economics. |
