How to get ADVISOR.com subscriber access to online articles.

HOW TO READ A "SUBSCRIBER-ONLY" ARTICLE AT MY.ADVISOR.COM:
Some articles require sign-in to read. Such articles often display a key icon and/or say "subscriber-only" and/or say "for subscribers of"+publication name.  = free access
 = subscriber-only access
 = subscriber-only download
To read a subscriber-only article, you must:
- Be (or become) a subscriber of the named publication, and...
- Get your subscription activated for online access -- follow the detailed steps below -- and...
- Sign in to read the article
Only a signed-in, activated subscriber can access the publication's articles and downloads online. Everyone else sees only summaries of subscriber-only articles. In most places where articles are listed, you are told what subscriptions will give you access to the article or download. If there is no symbol, the full article is not available online, but probably available in an anthology CD or printed back issue.
HOW TO GET ONLINE ACCESS TO SUBSCRIBER-ONLY ARTICLES |
| SIGN UP FOR MY.ADVISOR.com:

SUBSCRIBE VIA ADVISOR STORE:
- Go to AdvisorStore.com and start or renew your subscription. Provide your My.Advisor.com Username on the order form as instructed. (Caution: This requires the exact Username that was assigned when you registered with My.Advisor.com.)
- Wait briefly. A subscription via AdvisorStore.com will be activated automatically, if you provided your exact Username in the order. Activation can take just minutes, but please allow 1 business day for the server to process all new orders. You will not be notified of activation success or failure; if after waiting 1 business day you still don't have access, see "PROBLEM" below.

SUBSCRIBE VIA ADVISOR CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Contact Advisor Customer Service to start or renew your subscription, and provide your My.Advisor.com Username and subscription details.
- Wait a while. A subscription via Advisor Customer Service requires manual processing. Submit your order details, and for a renewal also submit your existing subscription details. Provide your My.Advisor.com Username. Then please allow up to two business days for online activation.

START READING:
- Once you are activated as a subscriber to a particular publication, it's simple:
- Sign in on the publication's site. You'll immediately be switched to My.Advisor.com, where you will have access to ALL the articles and downloads that are included in your subscription. You'll see the full contents of every article you click on -- IF you are a subscriber to a publication that includes that article.

PROBLEM?
- If you do not see the full contents of an article, sign in while viewing the article summary on My.Advisor.com and the screen should immediately refresh and show you the entire article.
- If you sign in but don't see full contents, make sure you really are a subscriber to the appropriate publication, and that you have activated subscriber online access, and that you are viewing it on My.Advisor.com.
- If you still have a problem, please contact Advisor Customer Service and provide your exact My.Advisor.com Username. If you purchased via AdvisorStore.com, please provide your order number. Customer Service can manually activate your subscriber access, fix a typo in your Username, reset your Password, and help you clear up other problems. (However, if you are using an "ad blocker" we can't help you, because it alters the workings of our Web pages.)

HOW TO BECOME A SUBSCRIBER:
Go to AdvisorStore.com, or contact Advisor Customer Service and purchase a subscription to the magazine you desire.
SUBSCRIBERS: Your magazine or journal subscription gives you online access to all the articles. New articles are posted frequently. With online access you can read your publication's current articles and issue, plus all the articles, tips and downloads in the publication's ever-expanding Advisor Archive.
Having a current subscription gives you access to all the new and archive articles and downloads of that publication. If you desire subscriber access to articles in other publications, you must subscribe to them individually. In some cases, you can get a subscription that includes the articles in multiple publications. See what's available at Advisor Store.
WHAT'S IN THE ADVISOR ARCHIVE?
The Advisor Library contains the articles from new issues as they are published, and entire articles from recent years, back to January 2000 for most publications, and in some cases earlier.
You can determine whether a complete article is online by noticing whether it is listed with a "glasses" or "key" icon. Lack of an icon means the article is not currently available online.
Also, the Advisor Library database lists titles and summary information about essentially every article published since the mid-1990s. You can use this database as an index of articles so you can easily discover what's in your personal collection of past issues, or get classic know-how on the Advisor Anthology CDs that are available in Advisor Store.
